Lyrene and I met in college when we both had very relaxed hair. I remember her hair being thin during college and will dig up a picture of that and scan it in some time to post.
I saw her last year when her son was born and she was rocking this smart curly fro with color....very nice on her. It was thick and soft. :). I figured, it was high time I joined her going natural. I really like how this looks on her.
