I got this conditioner cause I heard about it on nappturality.com but honestly I don't see the big deal. I am still searching for the right conditioning treatment for my hair but I don't believe this is it. I doubt I'll repurchase.

The good news is that it's all natural and pH balanced which is not too common in hair products nowadays.

I've only used it once, and I think I'll do so every 6 months or so.
I've heard that overuse of protein can make your hair dry and break.

Changed up to doing this every 2-3 months now and alternating with
ORS Hair Mayo.

I put on my conditioner cap and heat under the dryer or wrapped in
a towel. I then remove the towel (after 10-20 minutes depending on
heating method) and rinse throughly. I then follow with a moisturizing
conditioner.
