This is officially my only shampoo now! I bought this little bottle to test it out and I'm using this stuff for my hair, to bathe with...just every thing. My hair is clean AND soft...not dried out. It tingles because of the peppermint...great stuff!!!

I rinse my hair and scalp under the water very well. Once that's done,
I separate my hair and add the soap washing the scalp primarily
with the pads of my fingers. I rinse very well by sectioning my hair
and making sure my scalp is clean.

I've bought a bigger bottle of this stuff. I'm still using it on everything, face and hair and body. Great great stuff!
