I've used this once and
hair was soft soft soft. I also noticed less shrinkage but I don't
know if I should attibute that to this conditioner

I just finished this bottle and I'm gonna rate this one o.k. The pluses are it's very light and has no build-up at all. It smells great and seems good for a conditioner wash, but not the best for the actual conditioner (at least on my hair). I will buy it again if needed but it's not a priority. Maybe I should get the moisturizing one huh?
